All TEAS test registrations are final and will not be rescheduled or refunded. TEAS tests must be taken at either 蘑菇传媒 campus. Tests taken remotely will not be accepted.

Go to the聽听飞别产蝉颈迟别.
Tap on聽I am preparing for or taking the TEAS.
Create a new user account. On a laptop or desktop computer, click on聽Create account聽near the top right of the screen. On a phone, scroll down a bit until you see聽Step 1: Sign in or create a new user account.聽Follow the directions that follow.
Once you have completed multiple panes asking you for information, you will be presented with three choices. Choose聽Register for TEAS before using ATI.
The next screen will present two new choices. Choose聽ATI at an institution.
The next screen will ask you for four pieces of information.
- For Program Type, choose聽TEAS for Nursing Students
- For Country, choose聽USA. It鈥檚 the first selection.
- For State, choose聽New York. You鈥檒l have to scroll a little bit.
- For City, choose聽Medford or Levittown. This is where our school is located.
- 罢补辫听Next.
The next test date at Hunter will show up in a colored box.
Tap the聽Register听产耻迟迟辞苍.
A message will appear that says, 鈥淭his exam is for 蘑菇传媒 applicants only! If you are not applying to this school, do NOT register for this test! I understand all TEAS test registrations are final and will not be rescheduled or refunded.鈥� If you understand the message and agree, tap聽Yes.
Tap the聽Check Out button and follow the instructions, which include making your $107 payment, plus tax, online.
- Test fees are determined by ATI and are subject to change.
- 鲍苍诲别谤听Already a User?, enter the username and password you previously set up.
- Tap the聽Log In听产耻迟迟辞苍.
- 础听Secure Checkout聽screen will appear. Confirm and/or change your billing address, then tap the button that says聽Proceed to Payment Details.
- If after you tap聽Proceed to Payment Details聽nothing happens, it means there is a field (fill-in-the-blank) that has not been filled in. Look carefully up and down the screen for a warning message.
- Enter your payment information, tap the checkbox toward the bottom of the screen, and tap聽Submit Order.
- Read the information on the screen that follows.
You are all set for the test!
Remember to bring your username, password, and聽New York State Driver License or Non-Driver ID Card聽to Hunter the day of the test.

How to Purchase a Study Manual

Online

Go to聽.
Choose either the Printed Book or eBook button, tap Add to Cart聽and follow the instructions.
After you tap the Proceed to Checkout button, you will be asked to log in.
Enter the ATI username and password you previously set up, and tap the Log听滨苍 button.
Complete the Terms of Use screen.
Complete the shipping address information and how you want the聽Study Manual聽shipped, then tap Next聽 to go to the payment screen.
If after you tap聽Proceed to Payment Details聽nothing happens, it means there is a field (fill-in-the-blank) that has not been filled in. Look carefully up and down the screen for a warning message.
Enter payment information and tap the checkbox toward the bottom of the screen.
Tap Next, then follow the instructions to review and confirm your purchase.
